went in to buy a new controller for my ps4 and paid full price for it only to return home to find that the controller is shot, went back to return or exchange it even, but after having to deal with their terrible and inconsistent schedule I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it because I didnt get their protection plan, but on the website it states they do returns or exchanges up to a week later on used controllers and consoles. i highly recommend that you dont come here for controllers/consoles as the workers are unreliable...

I bought a used xbox one controller from here for $50 and the joystick was broken! I could've just got a $40 dollar controller from amazon that 100% functions and has bluetooth!!! Grew up with this as my neighborhood GameStop. In adulthood now I've been trying to support my local GameStop, but theyre on their way out. Twice now I've come by during advertised business hours (once @noon on a weekday, once an hour before close on Saturday) and have been met with a closed gate or even a lit Open sign but a locked door.
