Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Bemidji

In Caribou today and ordered for myself and grandson. The white chocolate mocha didn't come with the treat of chocolate coffee beans, which is the usual sweet addition. Also when got to the car, and had my grandson belted in his car seat, opened bag to give him his biscuit. I realized there was only one, which I thought I had ordered two. I didn't receive a receipt so I wasn't sure if we had paid for two or not, although the total seemed high to only have paid for one. So unstraped my grandson, went back to store, and asked if they could check. They did look up the order, I had paid for two. They did make another biscuit, but not an apology for their mistake. While I didn't expect any compensation, simply what I ordered, an apology would have gone a long way. We all make mistakes, and never fault someone for making them, but the fact that I had to come back in and ask for the correction and not receive a simple, ""Sorry about that!" is a little disheartening. My family & I are long-time customers of Caribou Coffee of Bemidji. We have spent a great deal of time and $ there over the years. Generally, we are very pleased with our purchases. I do believe that this is the best coffee shop in Bemidji. The drinks are really great and most of the staff have been knowledgeable & very polite.

Sometimes the service can be slow in the drive-thru, and often it goes without apology.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, we've typically been semi satisfied with the service (more times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didn't hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee. .... buuut when I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude.
