Subway — Restaurant in Bemidji

Once again another thing where if I could post 0 stars I would. But my mom went to this subway last night to order her sub and there is a nice younger gurl there who is making her sandwich perfectly unroll the very end where she made a small mistake and put the wrong dressing on. It was a dressing that had grapes in it which my mom is allergic to. So my mom asks for another sandwich of course as she can't eat it without dying. My mom is also having a blood sugar crash at this time and then this older lady at the counter keeps denying her allergy and is demanding the money and being a flat out b*tch about it. With my mom's blood sugar crashing and her allergies which she didn't want in the first place my mom walked out in tears because of this rude lady. I cannot stress enough how much this lady NEEDS to be fired because 1. She is rude 2. But more importantly she ignores allergies which could lead to someone being killed at some point. Overall not impressed I have seen some rude workers at subway but this person tops the list. If anyone knows the manager's number that would be greatly...

Just got back home from this subway in Walmart and I am so angry I can't think straight. The lady that made our sandwiches was so rude and disrespectful. Not once did she smile, when I said hello she glared at me and said nothing. She slammed our sandwiches around, had a terrible attitude that I requested more than one sandwich to be made. I can't even put into words how short, disrespectful, rude, and ignorant this girl was. And it wasn't just to my grandmother and i, she was rude to the other customers as well. I wanted to just chew her out and walk away from eating here, but I decided to just continue ordering my food and leave it to corporate to handle. Was there just before 7pm tonight. No one in line. One employee eating their dinner up front, no sign of anyone else, did not want to interrupt their lunch so after 5 minutes waiting and no help we left. I understand employees need to eat but maybe have a sign out saying short staffed back in so many minutes. We left that individual to take an uninterrupted break but would have been nice to know the situation. Went to Jimmy John's and paid twice what subway would have costed. Now leaving this review.
