Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Bend

Dropped by at 3 PM on a Friday afternoon. The line was about seven cars deep. It took us thirty minutes to get to the front of the line. When we asked as to how long it would take to make a medium cold brew and a medium hot latte, we were informed it would be five minutes as they had to "draw the espresso".

We said no thank you, thinking of those still behind us, and left without anything.

I've been to other Dutch Bros in Redmond and Medford, with the identical order. It did not take five minutes. This is especially questionable as we observed no less than three people working. In fact, one of them came out and took orders from the line but stopped short of our car.

Our impressions of the other locations remain great, but this one is a total meltdown clown show in our experience. Dutch Bros' business model is based on drive-through, fast service, and simple drinks. Thirty minutes for seven cars is not a...

I'm not sure if it's this stand in particular but dutch bros coffee is trash now. The past few times I've gone through this location, my drink just tates like milk with a splash of watered down coffee. It's like the baristas are lazy don't pull the shots right and it's kind of a disappointment considering how expensive their drinks are and that they always ask for a tip on top of that. Great drinks!!! Great people!!! Good prices!!' What more could you ask for!?! Everyone has that specific way they like their coffee and they always know mine even when it is a different person then the previous visit. My kiddo loves it too when she can get a kids not so hot especially with all that whip cream on the straw which I think is just a great idea. I'm a picky person when it comes to espresso and I know as a barista myself dutch bros isnt for everyone but in my household and other immediate family members it is!!!!
