Birria, Birria, Birria!!! Biria seems to be a new craze in the Pacific Northwest in the last year or two, but it's an old school staple and SOPA has been serving up since day 1. It should be noted that Sopa is also a truck parked next to some delicious beer/cider taps in East Bend, which I love. I've been coming for years whenever I'm able and love the uniqueness, flavors, ambience (I LOVE TRUCKS AND DINING OUTSIDE IN COMMUNAL SETTINGS) and service they provide. The specials are sure to satisfy AS WELL AS THE HALIBUT TACOS!!! I always get the Biria and love it every time. SOMETIMES the proprietor can be a bit salty, but so is the consommĂŠ, so it all checks out! Thank you, SOPA for keeping it real...

The birria is seriously so amazing, I shed a tear. Also, the employees deserve props because it's not easy to stand in those little trucks during these hot/high temps. Your food is so good, thank you guys. Update: Still the best birria tacos around! Me and my husband come here almost once a week. Love the food and the people. You guys are the best 🙏🏼 Update 2: STILL AMAZING. My husband Elijah, and I have been coming here 24/7 for the last 2 years. We love you guys and your food so much. Whenever I'm having a bad day, I come here and my day is instantly better. Thank you guys ❤️

Quesa birria taco is worth it. It's a lot of food for me so we shared. Seriously delicious. We were recommended to go here by a friend and now we know she loves us. It took a bit longer than I'd like for the food to be ready, but it was worth the wait. It is DANG good.

Been here once before and it was great. Second time I went the lady at the register was extremely rude and short. I asked for no cilantro (and my girlfriend even asked for no cilantro on one order again, and the lady at the window confirmed to me no cilantro) because I have the gene that makes it taste like soap and when we got our tacos both orders had cilantro on it. I went back and asked if they would remake it and they just told me I did not ask for no cilantro and gave me a box instead to take it home. They wouldn’t remake it and I couldn’t get my money back. But I guess I can take it home?

Update: They have left a message saying I never asked for no cilantro even though that isn’t what happened. In regards to the Birria originally we thought it was the dipping stew for the tacos and didn’t realize it was an entire other entree. So when we heard the total was $50 for two specials and two birrias we decided to just get the two orders of tacos and again asked for no cilantro on one of them. (Hopefully that clears it up with who replied). But based on how they’ve treated me I shouldn’t have gone at all and I guess I shouldn’t have tipped 20%...

Went to buy some food having had a great experience prior to this visit and left with a foul taste in my mouth. On a Tuesday at 7:30 the lady behind the counter not only wouldn’t let me order my food without interrupting me but kept making me seem stupid as I tried to Order. I asked for 4 tacos and she immediately interrupted me in a aggressive tone asking if it was 4 tacos or 4 orders again I verified just 4 tacos and again I was interrupted for the same thing after that I asked if I could get sauces on the side and I got told that if I didn’t know what I was ordering to go look at the menu. After finally being able to order I waited and once I got my food I asked if I could get more sauces even if I had to pay for them. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me handing me one sauce and telling me that’s all she was giving me and then turning around and walking away. This has to be the worst experience I have had with someone taking my order and it being completely unprofessional and...

Asked for just rice and pork in a burrito. Super simple. Lady taking my order said that was weird. Seemed really confused that I wanted a container of extra rice on the side. Got home to find the burrito had beans and pork in it, no rice. I went back to ask them to correctly make the burrito and this woman rolled her eyes and threw the burrito in the trash dramatically. I asked her what I did wrong and apparently she just didn’t understand the order in the first place and was upset with me for returning. I asked for my money back instead and she changed her tune. I should have just pushed for my money back but I really just wanted to eat food. I don’t know, if I’m paying 18$ for a burrito I feel like you shouldn’t judge what I want in it, and if you mess up the order, just...
