I went in on Saturday 10/3/2020 I had to go in a couple of times to get my copies done. No fault of theirs, I am computer illiterate and wasn't even sure of what I actually sent to be copied. The first time I went in I realized that I had not sent everything that I wanted to send. I went and tried to get it right by another email to them. I went back to see if I had done it correctly this time. NO! I sent not only the rest of what I needed, but also more of what I already had copied. Instead of being frustrated by my incompetents, or laughing at me, I was invited around the counter to see what had come thru in the emails(all 4 of them) so that I could explain what it was I wanted, because my emails were more confusing than helpful, to say the least.
