Bad service . Repeated everything twice as asked and still forgot 3 items .
Just completed a work week in vermont and drove 9 hours back home . My wife and I did not want to cook tonight so decided on burger king takeout . She wasn't feeling well, so I said I would go pick the food up (even though I was over driving at this point ) the burger king wasn't around the corner .. it was 15 minutes away . I ordered a meal with 2 chicken sandwiches for me and a 3 meal deal for her (which was 3 double cheese burgers $7.00) I probably would've got the 3rd burger cause she usually eats 2 . I trusted burger kings process and assumed everything was in the bag .. it was 8:30-9PM Friday February 21 2025 Nobody was behind me in the drive thru and I sat behind 2 cars in front of me for 10 min .. I'm sure their food was all there or maybe not.. " there I go assuming again" well i got home took my food out and realized my wife's burgers aren't in the bag ? I told her she can have my other sandwich while I give burger king a call and make sure they will give me what I paid for if i make the drive all the way back there (15 min) because a burger king at another location didn't give me what I paid for after I drove back and that was even further than this one ..anyway ,they never answered my calls, I called about 3-4 times . The last time it sounded like someone picked up and hung up .. Read morePossibly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I was the only car in the drive thru when I pulled up. Placed my order, and this part was my mistake, I gave my code after. This made them ring me up for a second sandwich I didn’t want so I told them to delete it. Get to the window and pay, go to the next window. I’m sitting there for close to 20 minutes waiting, keep in mind I was the first and only car there for a while. Then in that span they come up to me 3 times asking what I got or confirming other people’s orders thinking I was them. Then I get handed a random drink I didn’t order and look at the bag and the receipt showed the sandwich I asked to be taken off. The manager then comes over angry saying he took it off and demanded the bag back. I gave it and while he went to check I realized my receipt I paid for was correct and they just put the wrong receipt on the bag. I apologized, and this dude gives me attitude like “man I knew I wasn’t wrong”. Sorry for my lack of confidence after waiting this long for a basic order with no one else in line, people questioning my order constantly and already getting a wrong item. Then I get home and the food was cold, after waiting all that time it wasn’t even fresh. My wife’s chicken sandwich had a hair in it and the lettuce was completely brown. Not like a brown spot but just brown all the way through. So in summation, the service was terrible, the speed was terrible, and the food was terrible. Can’t see myself going back to this location. Read moreThis place used to be great but ever since they changed district managers the atmosphere has drastically changed. I used to know their old DM Renee from when I’d come in & she was always great! This guy Frank Reynolds is horrible! The workers used to seem a little happy & laugh with both the customers & each other, leaving for a great experience! Not anymore, the place is clearly miserable, it’s so much dirtier & extremely chaotic. There’s clearly no coordination, the food takes forever to come out, when it does it’s just a mess. The fried food always comes out looking like it’s been in dirty fryers & the burgers are sloppy. And if you try to take these issues to a manager, good luck; that manager Josh that used to work here would always fix any problems & would always be polite; now it’s not even worth a mention. The new manager Claire looks like she’s on drugs. I’ve been a regular for years but I won’t go here anymore I’m just one person but I know I’m not the only customer...
