Working with Leo in store was wonderful. We are ultimately glad we went with Jerusalem Furniture for our couch but if I were to rate the delivery less than 0 stars I would. The delivery guys were extremely rude, laughed at me multiple times after I answered their questions about getting the couch to my house (I have a fairly small street). My couch got accidentally dropped twice in the street/curb which could've resulted in damage (thankfully, everything seems fine). They try getting the couch in my house but realize the door/screen door need to come off. No problem. I begin taking it off but it seems I was being too slow so they take over. After getting my door off, they finally get the couch in. Then, they ask if I want my door placed back on the hinges. I said, "yes, that'd be great thank you". They look at me again and ask, "okay we can do this for you?". I again, say, "yes, thank you". Then the delivery guy says, "we can do it for a few dollars....". My doors are off and on the side of my house, I already paid for delivery, they offered to take them off and are now asking for money fully knowing I can't lift the doors myself to get them back on. They didn't specify how much they wanted either. I understand if this was discussed BEFORE they took my doors off that never happened. I was alone and put in a very uncomfortable position/ felt blindsided. Very disappointed. Called the store regarding this matter and still haven't heard back from them.

Read moreOn Saturday (Halloween Day), my husband & I went to Jerusalem Furniture located in Bensalem. When we walked in, we were greeted. We went straight to the table section as we were looking to buy for my mother as a surprise gift. Carlos came over to greet us & extend his assistance. My husband saw the perfect-sized table for Mom's dining room area. It wasn't the color desired & Carlos assured us they had it in the brown color. That was the quickest sale Carlos ever had & we ever did Lol Carlos has a great sense of humor & he's very attentive to what the customer is seeking. I called Jerusalem on Tuesday as I was told someone would call me with a time window the day before delivery. Sam assured me someone would call & told me if I don't hear from someone, to call him back. I received an automated call at 4pm with the time. I received another automated call on the day of the delivery informing me they'll be there in ten minutes. The gentlemen that arrived were wearing their mask & they were very polite & respectful. They knew exactly what they were doing & cleaned up after themselves. Needless to say, my Mom was very surprised & happy. Since my husband couldn't be there to see her expression, I made sure to record it for him. I thank Carlos, Sam & the two delivery men for making our experience a great one & for helping us in making my Mom happy. Read moreWe bought a bedroom set here last spring. The first scheduled delivery was cancelled at the last minute. The second delivery was also delayed, and when the set finally arrived it was missing a set of drawers for under the bed. The delivery people asked if they could wait till the next day to finish the assembly rather than have to take it apart again to put in the drawers. We said OK to that, but the drawers weren't delivered the next day, or the next. The manager wouldn't talk to me and the sales people refused to consider a refund of the delivery fee even though it was now almost two weeks since the original scheduled delivery and we still couldn't sleep on the bed. The drawers were finally delivered and the assembly completed. Two nights later the central brace down the middle of the mattress broke. We spent three more nights unable to use the bed before the repair person arrived. Guess what? The bed broke again two days ago! One of the supports for the mattress slats split leaving a corner of the mattress unsupported. After all the runarounds we got when the set was new, I just fixed it myself rather than mess with Jerusalem Furniture's recalcitrant staff and...
