Very good service. After I moved to MI over the summer my laptop had a blue screen of death when I unpacked it. I needed it working before school started in August. The worst time to have a broken laptop! My BIL recommended this place. They were honest and told me the price up front and any potential expenses, such as new parts. They called to communicate the plans and updates. It was a week or 2. They told me if they couldn't fix it, no charge. And if it needed a part bought, they'd ask before buying. They also asked to swipe the hard drive before doing so. The price ended up being exactly what was quoted. My hard drive was fixed! And they left info about what programs I had in case they needed to be reinstalled. They even peeled off the sticker residue I had on my laptop. That was something extra and kind. The owner is very rude when I emailed him he told me he wasn't in charge of the Benton harbor store and to contact another guy. Expressed my concern to these guys while they basically laughed at me. Said that they could probably fix it and then proceeded to hold on to it for 2 weeks. Never once gave me a call to update me on the progress. I had to call them two times myself to get any information.
