Went in with a slight idea of what I wanted in the next bed I was going to purchase. Trista had fielded a call from me prior to my visit...I walked in and she was ready! She went over all of the pros and cons of most of the beds they had on the floor with ease...I love a good salesperson, as I share her same profession in a different field. We narrowed it down to 2...& the next day I had an email from her with the beds we had discussed. I pretty much knew what I wanted and called back. Within a couple of hours, over the phone mind you, she and her mgr Jonathan hooked me up...told me when they expected delivery and I finished my purchase with the accounting department....that easy. Boom! I have a new mattress and box springs ordered! I’ll revisit this review to let you know about my delivery and more importantly....my new bed. I highly recommend Trista in any furniture needs you might have...she will take care of you! Thanks Trista!〽️
2/15/20 UPDATE: Our bed was delivered yesterday afternoon....the delivery guys were spot on my gf said, that’s all that really matters,right?🤷♂️....it will take a little time to get used to but we will really enjoy it. In all this fun, I decided to get a new pillow also...first one wasn’t for me but no problem exchanging it, for another one that I am going to have to return too. It’s NOT the pillow,it’s me. And Jonathan and Trista have been there every step of the way. They want your business....but more importantly, they service you after the sale and want to make sure you are happy.... will follow up on my search for the perfect pillow to match my bed and how we like the mattress in 2-3 weeks!
2/29/20 UPDATE: Jon took care of the pillow that just wouldn’t work....still haven’t found one.... but, this mattress now that it’s getting broken in is great! A good night’s sleep is awesome! I recommend Ferguson Furniture highly!
7/19/20 UPDATE: Mattress was really hot. Returned to store and purchased a cooling pad. Really didn’t know it was gonna be over 200+$ BUT! It works. That’s all that matters. Next time will definitely get King size...
Read morePurchased a Lazy boy love seat rocking recliner in October 2017. I paid cash. First issue forgot to order my chair. Did not receive my purchase until 12/23/2017. I talked with Mr. Ferguson who gave me a discount and a 5 year guarantee from his company. I understood that sometimes thing happen beyond our control and I was pleased with how it was resolved. I even purchased a recliner for my son for Christmas.
2nd issue I continue to have problems with one of my recliners. The fabric is loose and crooked , the stuffing is non existent in places and the two pieces of my loveseat would not stay connected. The first time I called I had not had the chair for 30 days. The repair person comes out says the chair had excessive ware He says nothing he can do about fabric issue or pieces not going together but he's willing to cut foot rest and put more filler material in it. He flips the foot rest of my brand new chair with scissors in his hand and says I don't know where to cut. I told him to forget it. I emailed Ferguson's immediately. No response I emailed again staff said she would turn it over to service department nothing. Called again transferred to service department said my service ticket was closed because I refused service. I explained my situation ask that they send someone out to see and check out the chair in question. I ask if they couldn't get the two pieces to connect to take out console and see if the two chairs would stay together. Two men came out took the console out put the two chairs together said they could not do anything about my other problems. Said that's the way Lazy Boy makes them. I showed them the two chairs side by side you can see the difference. No comment from them they left didn't even stay 15 minutes. Now I have a loveseat that does not match and a company that does not back their product. Please think twice before...
Read moreBought a sectional for $2000. After it was delivered and set up (without them checking the recliners) I found one of the recliner handles kept coming unhooked from the release latch. Had the handle replaced. That night it broke. Had that handle replaced and it has thankfully held up for the months since. After that debacle the threads on both seams on the back of one of the recliners totally ripped out from my dog trying to get a ball that rolled under it. I was glad it had a one year manufacturer warranty which we purchased an additional two years protection that they offered through a separate company. By the time they get a new cover and come to replace it the same thing has happened on the other side. Now Kevin, the repairs manager, can’t fix this one “because my dog did it” even though that’s what happened last time and he refers me to the extended warranty company FCP. I call the other company through which we bought additional warranty from (FCP)and they say Ferguson’s should cover it because of the 1 year manufacturer warranty. I call kevin back and he claims they only fixed the first one as a courtesy and that I have to tell them my dog did it and I was referred back to FCP. Thankful FCP is taking care of it even though they agree that Ferguson’s should be. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we like our sectional and the guy who actually does the repairs was nice.
