Don’t go here to learn how to knit!!!! The teacher, Melanie, was an awful teacher , in my opinion. I took a video and shared it with experienced knitters and they agreed that she mad a simple skill more complicated than necessary and I was very discouraged, since I am new.(I wish I could share the video on this review but it doesn’t allow it ) I usually pick up skills very easily and quickly. The 1 hour cost $40! Afterwards I felt taken advantage of but just left and said nothing.. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m lost. They haven’t even followed up to see how I’m doing. Insult to injury. I was originally signed up with JoAnns for 3-1 hr sessions for $40. But due to Covid 19, all of their classes were cancelled for the rest of 2020. I’m trying to save the rest of you money and aggravation. I’ll wait for JoAnns to start again. Meanwhile I’ll check out learning on YouTube....

Not only is this place my absolute favorite place in the entire world. Its run by a team of caring,loving and talented women. I am over multiple times a week, be it for class or social knitting.

The atmosphere and people I have met at the shop have made such a huge difference in my life. Especially during some rough personal times last year. Have you any wool made me smile again and continues to bring me immense joy (and they have some truly beautiful yarn!)
