This was the first time my wife and I along with 3 of our friends came to Level 20 after hearing great reviews from multiple people and I must say our experience far exceeded our expectations! We were greeted immediately upon entering by our server, who answered all of our many questions showing no frustration and that she was very knowledgeable which was helpful. The service throughout was Timely friendly and very attentive. Our food was greatly enjoyed by us all as we each even had a taste of each other's meals. As the place filled up with at least 10 tables within 30 minutes our service never lacked. We made sure to compliment and tip our server to reflect our happiness only to find out that she is a very new employee. We recently celebrated my wife's 40th birthday party on the second floor lounge and it was the perfect venue. The atmosphere, the staff, the food could not have been better. The owner, Colin, just asked me what I needed him to do, I told him everything I was imagining for the night and he just took care of it. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything went very smoothly. Very flexible and accommodating. The bartender was really friendly and well liked by everyone at the party. The other staff members were very efficient with keeping the food tables full and the keeping the lounge clean. I was very impressed and happy with the night. Level 20 has INCREDIBLE service. We recently ate there with our family (a large group of 7) and one of our younger kids had a hankering for beef tacos, which aren’t on the menu. We asked Colin (the owner, who is amazing) if he could combine ingredients from two dishes on the menu (steak tacos and beef nachos) to make soft ground beef tacos and he did! We were so delighted by this gesture. We eat here often because the service is great and the food is even better (especially the fish and chips which are out of this world!)
