Chicken on the Run — Restaurant in Maryland

I placed an order online and they messed it up three times. The first time I called to get the right order, I told the lady on the phone I wanted a refund and she refused because “the manager wasn’t there”. My coworker went to pick up my food the third time and instead of being apologetic for making me come down three times, the lady from the phone told my co worker she was expecting me because she had somethings to say to me about respect. my coworker felt very uncomfortable due to her attitude and demeanor when she said this. They claimed I was being disrespectful on the phone towards them because they’re Hispanic. I’m Hispanic. I wasn’t talking down to anyone. I just want the right order I paid for. I called back to speak to a manager about the workers comment, “I was hoping she would come down to get her food so I could tell her a few things” (Spanish) but instead got to speak to Clemente who said he was the manager. But at first they couldn’t refund me because there was no manager? It doesn’t make sense. New to the area. Did an office run for lunch- the Yuka was harder than a rock and the chicken appeared to be undercooked. Called to tell them my experience. I was immediately cut off by Rosslyn who wouldn’t key me finish speaking. I spent a lot of money on lunch and was still starving so, I intended to ask for a refund. She ASSUMED that I had eaten the food. After I told her that the food was still in my possession and that I could bring it back to her, she put me on hold and came back to say that they could refund me.
