I placed an order online and they messed it up three times. The first time I called to get the right order, I told the lady on the phone I wanted a refund and she refused because āthe manager wasnāt thereā. My coworker went to pick up my food the third time and instead of being apologetic for making me come down three times, the lady from the phone told my co worker she was expecting me because she had somethings to say to me about respect. my coworker felt very uncomfortable due to her attitude and demeanor when she said this. They claimed I was being disrespectful on the phone towards them because theyāre Hispanic. Iām Hispanic. I wasnāt talking down to anyone. I just want the right order I paid for.
