By far the worst experience I have ever had doing a kids Birthday party!! I decided to have my sons 3rd birthday party at kids quest because I work in the mall and thought the place was very cute. From the time I arrived to the time I left JENNY the director was rude and nasty to my entire family that came from far to enjoy my sons birthday party. She was one of the nastiest people I have ever met in a kids establishment!!! She stopped multiple of my guest for coming in and was rude to them as well , she never explained to them what she was doing and would walk them back to the party room. She wouldnât let my cousin bring in my sons birthday cake because it wasnât in a cake box that had ingredients on it(but it was in a cake box) so I had to go to Carlos bakery to get a box for the cake( carlosâs box didnât have ingredients either). Jenny was rude to my father when he asked about the cake and she just kept pointing in his face and saying âI TOLD HER OVER THE PHONE THAT SHE CANNOT BRING IN A HOMEMADE CAKE (cake wasnât homemade it was done by a privately owned Baker) and she kept telling everyone âI PUT IT IN HER CONTRACT! I doubled checked my contract and it said nothing about a cake !! We watched Jenny be super nice to other customers at KiDs quest but was super rude to my family!!! I thank god that my son didnât see me the multiple times I broke down and cried because of the horrible treatment me and my family were having because I just wanted his party to be perfect!!!if it wasnât for Whitney and our original party captain(forgot her name) I believe I would have left without having a party for my son but Whitney definitely saved the day she made my son feel special and she was a great host and apologized for how we felt we were being treated!!! I also was harassed and told I needed a paystub from my job to prove that I work in the mall and when I left Jenny tried to call security on my family because we were asking for customer services number!!!    Read moreBy far, one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. The director of the facility, Jenny, was outright rude for the duration of our entire time at KidsQuest. Not only did she attempt to bar some of our parents from accessing the area reserved for the private party, but was also is completely rude in her manners and condescending in all of her interactions with the adults that were present. She failed to include that the payee of the party needed to bring in proof of employment to receive her discount for working in the overall facility and made her go to her store to request that her manager print a recnt paystub to prove that she was employed.
As we were awaiting the payee to return to complete the payment transaction and bid her guests farewell, Jenny, the director of the facility, proceed to tell us that we needed to vacate the premise and threaten to call security to have us escorted out as we were waiting to check out for our party in front. The actual staff member, Whitney, that was handling our party did an absolutely phenomenal job, however, her stellar service in no way was able to shadow the egregious behavior and attitude shown to us by the managing staff.

   Read moreVery dissapointed this time .Put my 4 children for an hour came 10 min early before checkout but they were waiting on another customer the manager seen me and said give me a second please .That was fine because she was getting an ice bag for a child who had bumped there head so she tended to him which is priority im sure but then it made my time for picking my child up late by 4 min and was charged almost 10 over for that 4 min .I do not think it is fair i was patiently waiting and when she came to do the checkout she said thank you for your patience .She was a manager i think her name was cristine she would not wave or override the fee .I will not be going back after this and my children love this place .My children said they were rude this time not like before .i know it is a holiday and im sure they didnt want to work but as a paying customer i should not take the blame Or they could have closed just like half of the stores were closed so again that is not my fault .Calling tomorrow and hoping to get this worked out !!!!! And they took my daughters phone and i like to call her every 15 min to make sure they are all ok .Not happy today at...
