Very disappointed. You can only buy this online and pay a FORTUNE in shipping charges to Canada. So when I planed a vacation to LA I was excited to make a stop at ASRV and walk away with a large haul. I pulled up to the store just before 1:00pm Friday June 1st and the doors are locked. I can see why you guys were just doing business online for the longest time. With service like that good luck staying open.

Website provided a discount of 15% and input code for first time order. Placed the order then ASRV on there own cancels my order with no explanation. Reached out to customer service, who was very unresponsive and then made a claim of "high risk assessment". Representative stated they stand by the company's decision, but can retry without providing me my 15% discount. Tried to reorder with my seperate card and my work email since I should be eligible to qualify for first time order discount, only to have them cancel again. Notified the representative this is false advertising that they are canceling my order cause it was about $400 and was able to include my discount. Read moreFrom the moment I entered, I was bombarded with questions, which was extremely off-putting. As soon as I started to browse, an employee began to shadow me, making it difficult to shop freely. They never offered me a fitting room or assistance in finding a size.
To make matters worse, another employee approached me shortly after, asking the exact same questions all over again. At that point, I simply left.
