DO NOT DRIVE TO THIS LOCATION!!! if you don’t look like or come from an upper class family or neighborhood , you will be treated like I was . Let me explain:

I heard about this through Instagram ads . I liked 7 different dresses online and decided to make an appointment 1 week in advance. It’s my first wedding dress shopping experience. When I entered for my appointment at 11AM, I forgot the name of who “assisted” me but she was tall, had pasty skin and beautiful red hair. I ended up being greeted with a nasty side-eye and felt uncomfortable with the entire interaction. I brought 4 people who mean the world to me (which I told them over the phone a week in advance and was told “no problem “) only to have them feel uncomfortable too with them not helping with clipping the dresses on me or giving me other suggestions, even rushing my appointment just because the next appointment arrived 10 minutes early and was interrupting my space. That store only had 2/6 dresses AND the sales lady told FORCES me to pick something else so I only had 1 option to work with. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Highly recommend you find your wedding dress in Huntington Park on Florence Ave cuz I went there immediately after and found my wedding dress by the end of the same day. And didn’t have to spend an arm/leg. And they treated me like a QUEEN over there and NOT IN BEVERLY HILLS AZAZIE.

Stay away as far as you can from this place as they soured my 1st experience going dress shopping and don’t want this to happen to...

Took my bridesmaid here, and we felt ignored and like we were bothering staff.

Any questions I had felt like I was bothering the staff. We decided to stop asking any question because of the attitude.

We asked if they had anything similar to a style but without sleeves and the lady said "you'll have to find it yourself". That's great, really expect it don't work here and know every dress in stock. I also only have 45 minutes to find this dress for my bridemaids. At least 10 minutes were taken because we needed to sign up on a machine 1 by 1

They were very attentive to another party inside. Couldn't help but feel excluded and dismissed. The person helping was more then helpful at letting us know our time ended and we need to wrap up. She was extremely helpful taking the dresses out of the room for the next party. However, helping us find a size or style was beyond her.

There is a table in the center with waters, and we had placed 1 coffee there. You would have guess we poured this coffee out with the "Who's coffee is this" and holding it like the most gross thing in the world.

Either the workers are overworked at an 11 AM appointment or they need a retraining on sales. Lady at front desk was nice, calling us doll, and kindly showed us to the bathroom or dressing room with a smile.

Brides just know you'll find a great deal for the dresses but don't expect then to treat your...

My experience at Azazie was phenomenal from start to finish. I ended up here after seeing the beautiful montage Robin Thicks now wife shared on her social media. Her experience was what sold me. The love and attention the team displayed to my friends was phenomenal. We were actually shopping for bridesmaid dresses for an upcoming wedding.

I would personally love to shout out the store director Kiki. She is such a gem and has a great eye for helping everybody truly feel beautiful no matter what size you are. She was very sweet and attentive. The way she lit up learning it was a Disney themed wedding added a bit more magical experience. There are people who do this as a job and then there are people who have a calling. She truly does.

Had I let the bad reviews form my decision I would have never found our brides maid dresses. Let's face it people aren't always the most pleasant and that can be so for the negative reviews. Weddings in general are stressful. Please be patient with the team because they are phenomenal. I can't wait to bring our beautiful bride in soon to say yes to her dress as well. Thank you Kiki and team for creating a great experience for us girls. The kindness and empathy you display will truly have more customers.
