Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and made the purchase experience very smooth. I got this magnificent sapphire ring and cannot be more happy with it. I was definitely skeptical about buying expensive jewelry online but the process was so seamless and communication over email has always been fast and reliable. Honestly if you ever see a piece you like just schedule a virtual appointment with one of their associates, I completely fell in love with this ring after seeing it in motion via zoom. Don’t worry if you don’t end up buying everything you requested to see, all the associates are there to help you find something that fits you, never felt like they just wanted to make a quick sell like some other jewelers I’ve worked with in the past. Also don’t be afraid of making a purchase without seeing it in person because their return policy is also top notch. If you find the piece you get not fitting your expectations just send it back in original condition within 7 days and they will process a full refund the day they receive your return item. I actually got a bundle of 2 rings and sent back one of them bc it just isn’t for me. A lot of their pieces are worth checking out at great price points.
