DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I urge everyone to read through YELP reviews. Almost every review says these people are RUDE, AGRESSIVE and DISMISSIVE! I called and spoke to Mimi regarding a same day order in the area (she confirmed they had other deliveries in the area). I couldn't even describe/explain what I was looking for. Every time I tried to get a word out she was talking over me, literally YELLING. I tried to describe the colors, type of balloon arrangements and style I was looking for. She insisted on telling me that the minimum price for a balloon bouquet is $275 + tax (for anything less, the order would have to be picked up from their location). Even though the price was on the higher end, I agreed.. because I was in a bind (hence my need to order for same day delivery). No matter how many times I tried to explain, how many references I gave from previous orders on their website, Mimi continued to talk over me and focused on the PRICE.... After the 5th time, I had to revert back to customer photos to understand why she consisted on focusing a $275 minimum vs what I was actually looking for (style, colors, etc.). AH ha! if you look close enough... the ribbon, weight, balloons, etc. look cheap! At that point I felt like the arrangements were overpriced (perhaps location?). I have been ordering balloons here for years. I called today to order balloons for a coworker and the worker who has been working with her for years was so rude and demanded that order at least 100 dollars worth of balloons. I just ordered balloons from the owner last week for Valentine's day for 7 year old kid and I was never told there is 100 dollar minimum. Ive been using Balloon Lagoon for years now — honestly I don’t even remember the first time, maybe my niece’s birthday? Either way, they’ve always been amazing. like I’ve never had a single issue.
