So I went to get a full set acrylic nails and a gel manicure for my little sister. We went in on time for our appointment but they still made us wait an extra 20 minutes because she had to finish someone else. My little sister went in first and they started prepping her nails, I noticed she kept going too fast and hurting her a little especially when it came to clipping the cuticles. She painted the nails and when she was done it was done so messy and the nail polish was stuck around her nails. The manicures are 50 dollars which is incredibly expensive considering the service we got. Before going on to what I got I wanna mention how the day after the nail polish chipped without her doing anything. The person was clearly not experienced as she kept trying to make the owner do my nails because she wasn’t confident. I sat in the chair and she started prepping the nails and setting the acrylics which honestly looked really good but she took a really long time. I wanted almond French nails but she seems like she hasn’t done French nails a lot because it was very asymmetrical and messy. The nails in the end looked very big and bulky and I was not happy at all. We went in at 2:30 and finished at 5 which is a lot of time. The total came to 130 and I payed 10$ in tips because I understand a lot of time and effort goes into doing nails but that was just Insane. I’m not going to sit and cry and beg for a refund but I just want to let the business owner know that they shouldn’t be charging so much for a bad service. I went to this nail salon three times, and two out of those three visits were disappointing. I scheduled an appointment, but Sima was not there when I arrived. One time, she admitted she forgot, and another time, she claimed she never agreed to that date. When I addressed the poor customer service, she texted me back, calling me rude. If read yelp reviews you will see same reviews so… I drove 40 minutes to her salon, and instead of apologizing, she asked if I wanted her to drive back just five minutes to accommodate me. On top of that, when she was late, she rushed through my nails and did a poor job. It’s no surprise that her salon is often empty. I do not recommend this place at all. After I left my review, the owner, Sima, saw me at the salon and immediately started cursing at me, including using the F-word, demanding to know why I left a review while I was still there. I didn’t say anything back. The only reason I stayed was because another nail tech asked me to let her do my nails instead. Sima was furious about the review and even said she doesn’t care about Google reviews. This just proves how unprofessional and rude she is. I do not recommend this...

Well sadly I didn’t want to leave this review but 4 days after my manicure with Sima my nails chipped and broke. I came for a new set of acrylic nails Sima convinced me that GelX nail are harder and better so I took her advise and did that. In the process of removing my acrylics she used the electric file and made my nails sting so badly- the parts she could not remove with the file she peeled off! That’s awful for my nails and to be honest just lazy- soak it off or figure out how to not hurt clients. I called back after 3 of them broke- she was not available to fix them so her colleague did so- rather then removing the broken gel and replacing it she filed down my nail in an ugly shape and painted the tip!! Really?!! I told her this will break again and she said no it will be fine- of course 2 days later they are broken in the exact same spots. The one star above is for the design Sima does that very well and this is why I came here but will never come back at this price to have my nails poorly done and fixed poorly also.
