Shingo is up to date with years of experience, noticeably when he unfolds his leather case with precision tools at hand. To add. . . years before finding Shingo, I would try one salon after another, all over the Westside . . . finding nothing to satisfy me. Because of this, I started researching on yelp, and on the web. Shingo's name came up a few times. I decided to give him a try and so glad I did. I knew I was in good hands. He is organized, meticulous and respectful, and he doesn't fool around, he goes right to it. You will get a cut with a most incredible wash. After your wash and cut, Shingo will then detail your dry hair, with an additional trim to make sure it is fine tuned. First time client - I made a hair cut appointment with Joe and a color appointment with Richard. They both took such great care of me, listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! They also worked together to make sure everything was on point, which was nice. I have long, fine hair and got a few inches cut off, and a refresh of my layers. Joe took his time and did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair. Everything blended together nicely and the cut still looks great, months later! Richard is so knowledgeable and was able to tell what I had gotten done before without me telling him. I gave him an idea of the color I wanted, and he did the rest. He got me to a rich medium brown that complements my natural hair color, it looks so nice. Also, the products they used on me were suitable for my hair type and smell amazing.
