WARNING: THIS “NEW” SPA IS NOT AT THE PLAZA HOTEL. They need to take off the old pictures of the REAL spa. EDIT: added screenshots of the owner begging me to take down review. If only they put this much effort into their actual appointments rather than “trying to make up” for them. Offered a kitten hahaha I’ve been a client of the actual Plaza Hotel spa for a decade going once a quarter and loved it. But someone named Jeanie bought the rights and moved it down the street to an old office building—taking over the phone lines and appointment text line. It is no longer a lovely, luxurious experience. Instead of the spacious restroom at the hotel spa, the “new” site has a small, dimly lit repurposed office kitchen with a tiny sink and no mirror. Instead of the fancy lux cleansers and lotions of the hotel, the “new” site only offers drugstore Cetaphil for OILY skin so you strip your skin dry. Off brand witch hazel, paper towel roll, and bargain basement supplies. And the unsanitary treatment rooms are tiny closets with IKEA furniture and cheap paper off a roll crinkling under you on the treatment chairs. The actual Plaza hotel spa is pristine. The “new” site had no serene music, no well appointed lounge, no amazing and adept front desk staff. Instead, when I texted on 4/10/25 to the usual number to book my pre-paid microneedling appointment I got half interested responses or nothing for days. And then several weird random texts and rambling voice memos about rando info at 4am—but nothing about booking my appointment. I called multiple times and left numerous voicemails. Nothing. I started texting once a day. Finally on 4/21 I was able to secure an appointment for my next available date of 5/16. On 5/16, the morning of my appointment day, I texted to let them know I would be running late. Nothing. I texted again in the afternoon to check in about my 5:30pm appointment. Got a rude text saying they needed to reschedule and to call to do so. Later I called and spoke to someone named Tiffany who was very rude and said I needed to be more patient and understanding because they’re new and also the owner was ill and other woe-is-me lines. I could have told her about all the tough things going on in my life but I didn’t want to play trauma Olympics with this selfish person. She is in the customer service industry after all. Also, she was EATING the entire call. I could hear her gross slurping and her spoon hitting the bowl the whole call. She said, in between slurps of food, that I, THE CLIENT, needed to be patient with their lack of customer service and last minute cancellation?!? No apology, no accountability—just attitude and an attempt to make me feel bad for them being completely disorganized. I finally got her to rebook me for my next available day 6/6 She asked that I check in a few days prior to confirm just in case. I said no, I expect my costly spa to be organized. “You send me a text after we hang up confirming and I’ll trust you’ll provide the promised service.” When I got there on 6/6, the technician named Roya made sure I knew she had come in on her day off to see me (this appointment had been booked for 3 weeks mind you). And while she seemed like a nice lady, she talked on the phone loudly and watched videos while I was laying on the table waiting for my numbing cream. HERE IS THE WORST PART: They don’t even use real RF microneedling equipment. She pulls out this cheap stamping pen that you can buy off Amazon for $99 then haphazardly scrapes it over face and damages the skin (See pic of pen) It is not a REAL professional medical-spa RF microneedling machine like they had at the Plaza Hotel. I pre-paid full price for RF microneedling. It was not inexpensive. She also did not use stem cells. She used this bargain bottle of hyaluronic acid that had not been refrigerated as labeled. This whole experience with the “new” spa was an awful joke. AVOID THIS “NEW” site at all cost. I wouldn’t go back even if they were giving out free services. I take my skin care very seriously and this place will do more harm than good.

The hotel was lovely but this is truly a review of the hotel spa - The Beverly Hills Plaza Medi Spa. I stayed for a night as a gift from my husband after 11 months of little sleep with our new baby. He included a 90 minute massage at the Medi Spa. Jeanie was my therapist and she took amazing care of me. I was exhausted and my back was sore from carrying baby. To help with my energy levels and dire need for detox, Jeanie gifted me a session on the vibration plate and a red light therapy session before my massage. Both were intense but felt cathartic. Then she spoke with me at length about my pains and preferences and provided a massage catered to me, complete with foot salve, and even went above and beyond the 90 minutes. She gave me suggestions for how to feel better moving forward, which I will incorporate, and generally made me feel special. She was just what I needed on my one day self care mission and we even hugged before I left (glowing, buzzing, and ready for the best sleep of my life). The next morning I felt lighter! And loved. I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a healing, personalized experience. Oh! And the spa robes are heaven!

Nurse Charlene & The Beverly Hills Plaza Med Spa are my FACE HEROES đŸ©·. They literally rescued my face from a filler nightmare (being overfilled) and restored me to a beautiful normal forever 21 youthful face. And in doing so, they also restore my confidence. And overall self-esteem. In this world of social media, instant beauty, and superficial vainglory - The Beverly Hills Plaza Medi Spa are the truth and the real. They are very skilled, patient, Kind, and honest regarding the types of treatment and services that would best suit your face. They literally provide the best Spa service and facial service I have ever experience In Los Angeles And Beverly Hills. And if that wasn’t Enough, every woman who works Is beautiful inside and out đŸ©·. They treat every woman who walks through their doors like a Royal VIP customer! I don’t know everyone’s names, but just to name a few Beautiful Stacy, Beautiful Samantha Catered to my every need while I was there. And honestly, Nurse Charlene Is the absolute best in the game For your face and overall healing!❀‍đŸ©č

Terrible experience. I’m beyond disgusted at the way they treat their clients. I had a 2:00 pm appointment yesterday and after asking kindly 4 times- they finally put me in at 2:30 pm. I waited for half hour- when I had said I did have somewhere to be at 3:00 pm. The nurse that took me- her name was Elaine I believe, did not bother to apologize when I came in, she only told me to sit down and asked in a condescending tone “were you even on the schedule today” and I said yes.. I called this morning. She said “ok so you were a late scheduling. Great. Thanks.” And walked out the room and I sat there very uncomfortable as if she was making me feel like I was a bother to be there. (Upon my arrival I went over with the woman checking me in that it was $12/unit and that I could do just two son my upper lip and one on my bottom- she said yes.) The nurse came back and said she was going to do a total of 8 units and insisted I did more than I asked for. I said no I don’t feel that I need so much done in my face and I confirmed with the lady at check-in that this is what I could do. She then said “you know what. Hold on.” As she pointed her finger at me to stop me from talking in a very dismissive way. She walked out again and came back and said “this is the service I provide, if you don’t like it then you can reschedule with someone else.” I sat there with my mouth wide open and said “is this how you treat your clients? You took me half- hour late and didn’t even apologize for that and now you’re telling me I sat here for no reason waiting for half- hour to tell me that I can’t do what I came in for?” She said “yeah sorry if I kept you waiting [in a very condescending tone] but I just don’t think this is a good fit.” I said “wow I am so shocked at your service and I am never coming here again.” I have been a customer here before, but this girl was disgusting, rude, and incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. I later went to ‘YouthFill MD’ on Robertson blvd- and they did a fabulous job on me. They were kind, considerate of my time frame, and respectful to my needs. If you want to be treated as if you can’t afford anything, then the Beverly Hills plaza medi spa is for you. I’m disgusted. I spent a bit more than I intended on wanting to at ‘YouthFill MD’ but it’s not the price, it’s the honesty and respect I value. What a terrible experience at The plaza medi spa. I don’t recommend this...

My Partner & I Escaped to the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel: A Mini Vaycay to Remember!

Hey there, friends! Let me tell you about an absolutely delightful mini vacation my partner and I recently took to the luxurious Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel. From the moment we stepped into our stunning room, I knew we were in for a treat. The space was huge, beautifully decorated, and oh-so-comfortable! It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind.

After settling into our room, I decided to treat myself to a spa day. And let me tell you, it was an experience unlike any other! I ventured into the glamorous world of medical spa treatments for the first time, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to dive in.

I opted for a profound thread lift combined with Morpheus treatments and a fabulous filler known as ez gel, derived from my own PRP. Honestly, I was a bit nervous because this was all so new to me, but the moment I met the skilled staff, my worries melted away.

Can I just say: wow? The results were simply astounding! It’s truly amazing how such a minimally invasive procedure can completely reboot your glow. I left the spa feeling rejuvenated and radiant, with a fresh-faced confidence that felt so real and naturally impactful.

The expertise of the nurses at the Beverly Hills Plaza Medical Spa was evident from the start. Their careful attention to detail and commitment to making me feel comfortable won my heart. I was so impressed that I can genuinely say I’ve found my go-to place for treatments, and I can’t wait to return in the future.

On top of everything, the spa environment itself is like stepping into a masterpiece. The thoughtfulness that goes into every aspect of the hotel—from the decor to the customer service—truly shines through.
