Ohhh Emmm Gee. I absolutely had the most wonderful customer experience at this Sandro locale. The staff at this location was absolutely amazing... matter fact, superCALIfragilisticexpialidociously fantastic. Its been a long while since I've been able to recall such a kind, empathetic and friendly shopping experience.

I really appreciate the way manger Kirill handled my transaction with ease along with the friendly assistance of Elijah thereafter, who was also the associate on the floor. This is an example of customer service at its finest where one is made to feel like a human not just a transaction and treated with compassion.

I thank you two humans for such a wonderful shopping experience at your Sandro location and I hope this review is able to convey that.

When you shop in Beverly Hills, you may have the sense that the high end fashion stores are not helpful but I have to give a special thank you to Chaplin and Jesse @ Sandro BH. They were both welcoming, attentive and offering suggestions with clothing selection and accessories. Very kind and creative. Genuinely interested in helping elevate the "look". Fun to meet and work with. I had a few follow up questions and had to call the store for a sizing question, they remembered me and were just as nice on the phone. Lovely experience. My husband came in for a suit. Dre ( Andrea) was very personable, helpful and suggested some shirt and sock options that were spot on. One of the shirts was out of stock in his size so she ordered it online for us to be delivered to our home. Great service Andrea! Kirill is the manager and was also very personable, friendly and what struck me was his passion for the brand. His enthusiasm for Sandro was contagious. We love their clothes anyway… but we’ll definitely go back to the Beverly Hills/ Rodeo location to buy more, specifically because it was such a pleasure...
