Came in on march 21st to buy a brow product and the sales associate sold me onto one of their best products named “MERIT”. Then when I checked out, my friend and I noticed that the brand they were having an event for was for “MERIT”. I took it home and began using until it finished in 1 week. Never have I ever bought a product for my brows that lasted for 1 week. I came back to the store to try exchanging because it was so ridiculous that a products life had 1 week for $25 retail. The manager refused because they can’t take product back that is finished. Makes sense but also, my story makes sense too. I work in luxury retail so the fact that she didn’t even try to help me at all and just completely shut me down multiple times after I explained the story was crazy. She had braces and an accent for reference but I didn’t feel she was helpful at all. I will never shop at Sephora in Beverly Hills again. I tried being supportive and even purchased a new brand they were pushing all to be dismissed. I was a unsatisfied customer with a new product they carry and no solution was found. Sephora offers the best beauty products that are not available for sale with other retailers. They have everything from perfume, hair curling irons, any beauty related products from your nail products to your facial cleansers for your face serums toners great make up brushes and everything in between. Their customer service representatives go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a pleasurable and informative one. You’ll leave feeling knowledgeable about the products you have bought. They treat you with kindness and respect and try to help you find what’s best for your tone and type of skin. I would recommend anyone looking for beauty products of all sorts to come to this store located on the corner with parking structures all around and metered street parking as well. They also have a service where they’ll do your makeup at the store of you have an event or just apply eyelash strips with their professional touch to your eyes for a small fee. I had the pleasure of Lynx, a MUA, helping me with a shade match. They are a credit to the store and deserve recognition. They were extremely helpful, friendly, professional, kind and knowledgeable and provided a personal service. They have a lovely relaxed demeanour.

I spoken to /was helped by /served by about four members of staff. I bought and returned items at the counter or was asked if needed help. Zero issues. Everyone was perfectly pleasant and helpful if not kind.

I have no idea what the terrible reviews are about this store, it seems to be from a lot of privileged, rude people who expect to be treated like royalty because of the location. It is a make up store. Whether you think you are a celeb, rich or an influencer. It is a shop. Buy your product. Treat people with respect. Leave.
