I worked with home decor group to install five sets of blinds at my house. The entire project was laden with issues. On the day of install i found that one set of blinds was never ordered and two sets were not correct. After about ten visits and an additional 3 months, they managed to get the issues corrected. They were good about addressing the issues, but all of them could have been avoided by a bit of oversight and paying better attention to my project. All in all, I would not reccommend based on my experience. It should not take 4.5 months to get blinds installed. At least...

I don't go here often but when I do it's always an excellent experience. Their extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional the way they run their business. If you ever need paint, home decor or anything of that nature... Waters & Brown Is the place to go! I'm not saying the other employees aren't as knowledgeable or courteous, but Greg (employee) helped me several times today. I can't say enough good things about him. It's workers like that, that make your experience wonderful.

I highly recommended Waters and Brown! Their customer service is exceptional. I was trying to find a non-falmable water-based topcoat that could be sprayed from a spray gun. They took one of my off cuts and overnight applied several coats of various finishes so my client could compare and choose. Over various interactions in store and over the phone, they remembered who I was and what I was working on and answered my questions.
