Horrible service!!! I walk in there are 4 guys standing around ,no customers. I Just needed a battery for my car remote. Instead of looking up in the computer to assist me on the battery typ. A guy in his 40's about 6' just pointed to the end of the Isle and said I could look there. When I asked if they had a small screwdriver to open my remote ,he litterly tossed a small flathead screwdriver on the counter ( which obviously was going to be too big) I was astonished at how rude he was by his actions an disinterest in helping!! I'm a Law Enforcement Officer ! And a female which was the only reason why I was able to keep my cool!# I'm used to dealing with these kind of miserable people! # Just quit your job allready! Just learn how to treat others the way you want to be treated or at least the females in...

We were looking for a specific item, walking up each isle thinking it should be around by this stuff right here, but it wasn't. The guy at the check out asked what we're looking for, "Battery post terminals to connect the cable to. " I said as I looked at him raises his left arm to shoulder height, pointing at the same time. "Right there!" It didn't take any longer than a split second to let us know where they were which I, myself think is pretty impressive knowing where such a small item was in such a very short time, without any hesitation at all. I have been a loyal patron for nearly 20 years but I will NEVER take my business here again! I have a battery under warranty that is leaking acid out of the posts so bad that it eroded the entire terminal and ate through the main power relay wire. I tried returning the battery but the manager claims that the liquified corrosion is standard and not a problem. It is bubbling around the terminals and posts but she will charge the battery and I can pick it up in a few hours... Lmao
