Beware of this woman.
We were having a nice time at this park until this woman showed up. She let her husky in the gate and it immediately attacked another dog. She blamed it on the dog that got attacked and said they should leave. At that point, she then left her husky unattended in the fenced in area to go back to her car for something. When she returned, she started in on me and my wife, saying that we were idiots for having our corgis in the large dog section (our dogs are over 25 pounds, which is the max for the small dog section), and that there was nothing she could do if her dog decided to attack ours. At this point, words were exchanged, but we felt we had no choice but to take our dogs and leave for their safety, being berated as idiots all the while.
The other people in the park with us at the time of the incident were locals and said that this isn't the first time they've had a run in...

A cut hose so you can pour water for your dog in a bowl. Park has one bowl only. It sits in a hole in the sand getting sand and mud in it.
Not an impressive park whatsoever. I have a malinois, she doesnt have enough space to get a full sprint on unfortunately.
Small dog area is the size of my livingroom, and the area is seperated from the large dog area with just a fence. Creating a stressful environment where big and little dogs just bark at each other thru the fence.

Read moreThis is a nice park in general! Clean bathrooms, nice playgrounds for kids of all ages, and the dog park is great as well. Almost every time we have gone to the dog park, there have been well behaved and friendly dogs for our pup to socialize with. We have had a few incidents where owners bring aggressive dogs in, but have never seen a full blown dog fight happen. It's definitely a fun meeting spot for dogs and dog owners, but please, if you know your dog is aggressive or "plays very rough", don't take them to...
