Montana Supply Co. — Local services in Big Sky

We visited this store on October 12, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping somewhere in my life. The employees constantly were trying to get us to leave the store by trying to get us to check out while in the middle of looking at clothes and no we weren’t there at the tail end business hours. While at the tail end of our visit at this store an employee came up to me and took the clothes out of my hands I was going to buy and said “As much as I like you carrying these clothes around the store I’m going to take them now”. (As if I was going to somehow run out of the store with them without paying) To where I responded well I plan on buying these… He shrugged and brought them to the front. I’ve never felt so embarrassed and disrespected in my life . The employees here judged a book by its cover assuming I couldn’t afford the clothes there. Love this place. This is the second time I've been to this shop and I always find cool stuff. Staff is friendly... Cute clothes for more than just the cold weather ! The team was responsive and very flexible. First i reached out for them to adjust the shipping address. Then they accepted and expedited an exchange of an item for a different size.

I'm normally hesitant on purchasing items from random websites/companies i see online but these folks changed my perspective and grew my trust for these small online retailers. Excellent job and if the opportunity presents itself, i'd purchase...
