Moving Mountains is the right place for everyone whether your new to classes that kick your butt or do them everyday. Megan has made a place where our community and guests can come and feel good and then sore knowing that they are stronger for any other activity and sport they have ahead. Read moreI've been a few times when visiting Big Sky - I've had a great full body workout with Pat (so much energy!), Megan (we had a 1 on 1 session and she's super chill, authentic, knowledgeable and gave me feedback to help my form), and JT for a free Saturday strength training session (appreciated NO CARDIO on Saturdays! and his attention to me in a large group to adjust my form or tell me the next exercise when i got ahead of the group).
