Omg. I can’t say enough good words. Richard and Lucas are literally heroes. We wanted to hug them. The car kept stalling and we didn’t know what to do. There was a big storm coming and they let us wait out the storm in the shop with them and they would run out during breaks in the storm to figure out what was wrong with the car. They solved the issue and sent us on our way and they were so kind and generous. I honestly can’t say enough good words. It’s so wonderful when people like Richard and Lucas remind you that there are amazing humans out there....

Every time that I've visited this location, I've had a bad vibe from the employees. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in and they don't offer any assistance at all. It's extremely weird!! This has happened to me twice and I've visited this location 3 times. It's usually 3-4 employees right there at the counter. I probably would have bought some items if I had been offered help. I'll just go to O'Reilly's from now on or stick...
