Out 125.00 for a device that doesn't work properly I bought a mod July 16 from big stone and got everything set up perfectly. After 3 days the screen flicked on and off and sometimes didn't even fire when the mod was on. I called and was told if it's less than 2 weeks we can exchange the mod for seller malfunction which is all I wanted. Big stone only had an awful camo color all they ever have and was told to call Norton and ask to speak to a manager as the associates cant exchange without manager approval. He was gone all day in Kingsport for inventory I called back at 7:53 last night and he had just come in and I told them I was on my way. I got there at 8:23 and he had left and just left his number and wanted me to make another trip the next day. The lady was suppose to put a rainbow mod back knowing I was on my way to exchange it and sold the mod literally 5minutes before I arrived. This company is awful they tell you that you have 2weeks from purchase date if something is wrong but never keep any in stock other than the camo or give you the run around and never fix the mistake. Don't waste your time with planet vapor only thing they have got going is the house juice. order from geek vape or vaperesso, ijoy, etc and leave these middle men out. The Vapes are cheaper online and have a warranty incase they mess up. WHICH IS GARANTEED...

Edit I was not told the mod I bought was used. The lighting made it very hard to see scuffs on both sides. A dent on one! The bottom battery Terminal had rust on bottom back terminal !?! I probably would have been fine w/ it if I had been told. TLDR* Make sure box is sealed!

Kurt is the man. He went out of his way 2 help me & is Very Knowledgeable! I appreciated that allot. I got a free house juice 4 signing 👆 4 FiveStar loyalty rewards. I spent over 20$ & got me a sm bottle! He said there are other rewards. There was actually no smell 4 a Vape shop. Place is really well lit. Selection as Good as RTV! I would say better. Oddly the flavor tablet gui & flavors seem 2b same? The employees here act normal.

The RTV crew in Johnson City act like crack fiends, running around & frequently staring out windows. I was a bit concerned thinking drive by, raid, nothing good. RTV Employees don't know their hardware either! Just what they use & barely knowledgeable about that!
