Read moreWhat a joke! I'm rather upset that I paid for their 1 year membership to look at my sons computer. They did a few updates and said it was good. I picked up the computer and brought it home just to find that it was still having the same issues. I decided to bring to Billings Tech Guys instead and in one review of the computer they were able to find that it was a much more serious issue with the processor and some viruses and were able to get the computer fixed and working perfectly again.
