After being on hold and transferred around for about 7 minutes trying to reach someone in a department at a “franchised home improvement store”, and then getting transferred back to the operator, (I don’t even know why I let it go for so long) I finally hung up and called Coast Supply. I had my issue resolved within 2 minutes. The service from Coast Supply was so much better than I had ever experienced and the people are genuine.
