Have you ever eaten somewhere that the food is so good, but there’s more than you can eat and yet, you don’t want to leave any behind? So, you eat more than you should because you’ll be out all day and the leftovers would go bad. That was my experience, here. 🤩 This review is strictly about the food! Once upon time, I owned a coffeehouse/cafe in MS. I sold it in 2019. Two things that are important to me in a great breakfast is coffee and bacon. 💯 I love lattes, but when I’m trying a place for the first time, I order an americano. I want to taste the espresso that’s going into the drinks. It shouldn’t be bitter or acidic. Brew Paddle’s didn’t disappoint! 🥳 A nice, full body that fills you up and gets you going. Now, let’s talk about the bacon. 😊 Good quality bacon should be meaty, with a hint of fat. A nice smoked flavor is the chef’s kiss. If the bacon’s not good, I’m not coming back. Simple as that. Brew Paddle hit this one out of the ball park! So much so, that my photo highlights the bacon. Check it out! Every now and then, I come across a hidden gem. I was born and raised in the Deep South and I hate grits. There, I said it. They are truly the most boring breakfast food. Unless, I make them. I’d like to think I served the best grits around. Maybe I did, because Brew Paddle wasn’t open, then. 😅 I think I’ve met my match! I truly believe I could eat their grits and bacon every day and be in culinary heaven. From the melt in your mouth biscuits to the house made blueberry jam, I’m miserable. In a good way. It was ALL delicious! My only regret is I didn’t check out this place, sooner. I’ll be leaving the area in a few weeks. Whether you’re just visiting or here to stay, take the time to stop in for a great breakfast/brunch. Grab a loaf of the sourdough dough bread on your way out. 😋 You’ll be...

Nestled in charming Bella Hotel in downtown Biloxi, MS. The setting exudes sophistication and elegance while maintaining a relaxed, welcoming vibe. We chose to sit inside today but there is a nice patio option too.
Now, onto the food! the pancakes have a luscious ricotta topping with fresh fruit and are excellent. the breakfast plate is divine with the homemade blueberry jam. Chef always has a fresh jam made for brunch. The mushroom tartine is one of my top five dishes that I have ever had. It has a home made mornay sauce that is from another world. DIVINE! The avocado tartine is so fresh but not as good as the strawberry tartine. The biscuits and gravy are done right and would make my southern granny proud! I heard the table next to us raving about them. I wanted to chime in and say “yeah we get those every-time but decided on the pancakes today”. Annnd Now I want to order those too. My fav hot drink is their Mexican hot chocolate. Trust me, grab one. It’s made with cinnamon and cayenne. Perfect amount of sweet heat. If you are feeling less adventurous, the cappuccino is on point and we love that they carry the real Mexican cokes. They also have an assortment of fresh juices.
Service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the owner even took the time to go around and chat with guests—a touch that makes a big difference. I always appreciate a restaurant that genuinely values its customers.

Read moreIf you’re anywhere near the Gulf Coast and not stopping at The Brew Paddle Café in Biloxi, you’re seriously missing out. This place is an absolute gem — my husband and I drive in from Ocean Springs just to have breakfast here, and it’s always worth it.
First off, the vibe is unmatched. It’s clean, quaint, and super cute — set in a beautifully remodeled old bank that now feels like a cozy hometown café. The space is warm and inviting, and so are the people.
The staff here are truly something special. Every single server is over-the-top friendly, but if you’re lucky enough to get CJ, you’re in for a treat. He’s a hoot — funny, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of from the second you walk in to the moment you leave.
Now let’s talk food: it’s always fresh, nothing frozen, and you can taste the quality in every bite. The portions are generous, the flavors are incredible, and you really get bang for your buck. The French pastries are handmade daily and absolutely divine — but get there early, because they sell out fast (and for good reason)!
And if you ever get the chance to chat with the chef/owner, do it. He’s an amazing guy — friendly, down-to-earth, and clearly passionate about his craft. You can see how much he cares in the happy faces of the staff, the regular customers, and the fact that they consistently sell out.
All in all, Brew Paddle is not just a café — it’s an experience. It’s our go-to spot, and I recommend it to anyone who wants a true taste of hospitality and quality on the coast. Do yourself a favor and check it out — just don’t forget to save us a...
