Food tasted good but portions are incredibly SMALL for the price and what they used to be. The manager is rude and the employees do not listen when spoken to. I repeated my order multiple times and they still messed it up. When I tried to get it fixed they stated I had to repay for my meal even tho they made it wrong in order to get what was asked for multiple times before it was made. When I asked the manager for her name she kept refusing to give it to me and told me I can call the store tomorrow morning and talk to them about it. I finally had to be rude myself and tell the manager I wanted her name wrote down so when I called in the morning I knew I was addressing the correct person.
While the workers made the blizzards I did order no one was wearing gloves and when I had the strawberry sundae I did not order given to me (I asked for a strawberry blizzard -multiple times) the manager did not wear gloves when moving the ice cream to a actual cup so my 4 y/o could eat it without making a big mess (why I ordered a strawberry blizzard). As someone who works in the food industry I know how important hand hygiene is and I feel a manager should also.
This establishment was full of younger people working who I feel needed much more training than they received. I also feel that when talking to a customer about a wrong order the manager doesn't always need to feel entitled and like they are right. Given she didn't know the situation until I talked to her(she never turned around to even ask an employee what happened). If she even was the manager. She had no name tag and no label showing on her clothing that stated she...
Read moreI am shocked by the rude service that I received. I ordered a kids meal that has a menu price of $3.79 and I noticed that it came up as $4.29 on the register. I asked the cashier and she said that it was that much because I was adding other items to the hotdog. The next kids meal rang up at the $4.29 again. When I pointed it out the cashier said she didn't know why and she clearly had no intention of trying to remedy the situation. I asked her to find a manager so that we could correct it. She got the manager and I could hear her tell her that it was the tax that made it more which was not the case. The manager came out and rudely started saying it cost more because of the toppings. No, I understood those charges and I explained that the base price was too highly. She was clearly annoyed and turned around to look at the menu board and was complaining that she didn't know the board and would have to find the price. She acted like we were putting her out by making her read a board that is designed to display items and prices for everyday customers to read. Then she told the cashier to just give it to us for the menu price as if she was doing us a favor and we were horrible people. We said never mind we would go somewhere else and then she started saying that we were rude to her. We were out back to school shopping with our 3 kids and were treated horribly by her. The cashier knew how to correct the price and chose not to do it when we initially brought up the issue. I wonder how many customers get ripped off when purchasing food from this establishment. Just a terrible experience in...
Read moreReceived large cones that were just short and fat. No shape to them at all. My sundae didn't even have my toppings on it. Like they didn't put it on the ice cream directly at all. Just in the cup itself. I questioned it, and the cashier just stared and me and was like "huh", like he was confused as if that's normal. So i said it again, and he just stared at me again, so i said whatever. I tried to scoop it on the top myself with my spoon but it wasn't efficient because the ice cream hung over it in the cup, so I went inside to ask it to be remade. And really no difference inside. The girl said that's how they do it, and they cant put it on top because it just falls off. I have never received a sunday in my life without the toppings on it. Obviously the strawberries aren't going to stay, but the juice does. She did offer to remake it, but insisted it wouldn't work. I mentioned that I worked at dairy queen for several years, and we always put the topping ON the ice cream. Just a stare like I was stupid. Why do I want to struggle to get my toppings from under the ice cream in the cup, when it should already be on my ice cream. And guess what, when I was able to put in on the top of the ice cream, it stayed. Wow, shocker. Someone really needs to retrain these people on ice cream presentation. They...
