EVEREVE — Local services in Birmingham

I fell in love with Evereve this year after a dramatic weight loss. Nearly half of my wardrobe is from this company. With that said, I will never step foot into the Birmingham store again. I had shopped there on numerous occasions. I had a quality issue with one of the tops I purchased. It came apart after one wear. The sales staff was horrible to me. They gave me such a hard time because it was past the 30 day policy. Mind you it was 37 days and it was a defect issue. I was asked to come back since they couldn’t find the transaction ( I had the receipt ) and I was given nothing but attitude by more than one sales person. They kept reminding me that it was over the 30 days and let me know they were doing me a favor. They were trying to force me to pick something else out right then and there and when I said I didn’t have time cause I had to get my daughter at school they were extremely nasty to me. I was also asked why I didn’t return it to the Novi store where it was originally purchased. Seriously??? I called corporate immediately to report this and they apologized and had the store send me a coupon. The Novi store is wonderful. The Rochester Hills store is wonderful. The service was amazing! Staff was very friendly, and Anna was wonderful. She helped me pick out a lot of super cute clothes to try on. I really like that they had all the way to an XL in sizes! Unfortunately I'm very tall and curvy so nothing was as long as I'd hoped. The price was fairly reasonable for a boutique, they even had a clearance rack full of goodies. I ended up purchasing a necklace and I'm really happy with it but when I went into a different store today I found very similar jewelry for much less, but that wasn't a boutique as much as a very popular large store in many malls Nationwide. You definitely can't find service the same quality as you would at this place! So if you have money burning a hole in your wallet, turn flower child and get yourself a faux fur jacket. You...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give no stars, I would. Took the girl a solid minute to even notice I was there because she was to busy playing on her phone. I’ve also never had a problem when customer service told me I could do something until today when I was told ‘I don’t know what customer service can do for you, but I can’t do anything anything for you’. Even showed her the email from customer service and that still wasn’t good enough. She just kept telling me that my item was too old. Didn’t know something I bought a little bit over a month ago was too old.
