I started going to Mount-N-Repair when a friend recommended them for jewelry repair. They fixed two pairs of my grandma's earrings that were passed down to me and unfortunately broke in different places. One repair was done immediately and the other was completed within two days. They also told me some information I didn't know about the pieces - what type of metal, and the stones in them.

Fast forward to about a week ago, my grandma's pearl bracelet broke and I knew immediately where to take it. It was completed in less than a week and was very reasonable in price. The piece was done just as beautifully as the day my grandma bought it and i'm so happy it will last now!!

A final note- while I was in for the bracelet, I was looking for a very similar replacement to a necklace I recently lost. While they didn't have anything in stock, one of the team members brought out multiple books and helped me find the perfect replacement which they custom ordered for me.

All around - this store is wonderful and I couldn't recommend it...

About my experience and their diligence. I came to them in very short notice expecting to be told a week would be needed (standard turn work for this type of service) and almost assuringly thinking (based on 10 prior calls in the area) that this would be the case as well here.

Within 27 minutes, we talked about my interest in supporting local business and getting my pen engraved professionally and ready to go. Do yourself a favor. If you are in the area and need professional work done, M&R is your place. For me the miracle happened on Friday 5 de Mayo 2023! And I know my mom is already happy she passed it through me to my child. Somethings have more than cash value and what M&R had done...

To anyone else, it may have been a typical resizing, a simple installation of watch batteries or normal polishing of worn out jewelry. But to me it was much, much more than that. You took care of her jewelry as if it were your own. Each piece that you handed back to me was a memory of my mother. Each piece has a story, a legacy of its own. She’s nobody famous, but she was famously great to me. You helped me recapture those memories and allowed me to carry on her legacy.
