I absolutely love my rings! My husband and I went in to look around and I had already found the Nadia online and fell in love when I saw it in person. I didnât have anything in mind for the wedding band, I just wanted it to compliment the engagement ring and fit without a gap between the bands. Our consultant and the store manager, Morgan, recommended the Lunette. I loved the pairing. After the rings came in and my husband went to pick them up, the wedding band did not fit at all and there was about 1/8 inch space between them, which is the only thing I specifically wanted to avoid. It was truly ugly and so disappointing. Morgan was busy with an appointment and was not available to talk to him, so he talked to a different consultant and they basically said âsorry, nothing that can be done about itâ. Unhappy with that answer, we made an appointment to come back a different day and speak with Morgan. She was just as frustrated as we were. She thought the issue was the extra prong and size of the pear engagement stone, and suggested we get the elongated Lunette instead (which has eight round diamonds instead of six) to make sure it would fit. The original wedding ring fit the display engagement ring, which was a smaller, oval stone with four prongs instead of six. The new wedding band came in and it was PERFECT! If it wasnât for Morgan, we would have returned them and gone somewhere else, which would have been really disappointing considering I loved the engagement ring so much. Customer service really saves the day! Thank you Morgan!

Unless you are interested in the more popular cuts in white gold going to the store is pointless. Just buy your ring online or go to someone else. They will ask your preferences, (I sent them exact rings with names from their site) then send you an email saying that they only carry the more popular cuts in white gold (opposite of what I an looking for) in store. I tried to call and talk to who our appointment was with, not seeing the point of coming in if I can't view anything I am interested in... and no luck the only way to talk to the store is through a call center... every. time. You can NEVER call the store directly and talk to someone. The call center is useless and can't do anything other than contact your sales person for you. Same if you have an issue with your ring... you call the call center. We show to our appointment despite not having any of the rings wanting to give them a try. They assure us the ring we would like to see will be in next week and asks us to schedule another appointment. We do just that and I call today just to ensure the ring made it there....its not. Now for a second time they were going to let us go all the way to the store with the intention of viewing this ring without it being there and SAYING NOTHING about it to me. They even went as far as confirming the appointment without informing me the ring I've requested twice now would still not be there. Seems like they are just interested in scheduling appointments and not actually meeting customers...
   Read moreHad a below-average experience today during my appointment. The specialist was kind, but she did not seem very knowledgeable about the selection. She didnât seem to know what was available. When I asked to view a ring with a specific characteristic, she looked around, as if she hadnât seen the available selection before today.
Regarding the selection â it was terrible. They have 350+ styles online, but less than 80 in stock. The rings in stock were EITHER a size 6 or size 7. So, if youâre a size 6.25 or bigger, only half of the rings will fit your finger.
Before the appointment, I requested to try on 4 different styles. I was informed that only 1 style would be available. The available style was offered in white gold, size 6. I was told that it was ONLY available in white gold, meaning that I could NEVER try on this ring in yellow gold before making a purchase. The 3 unavailable rings could be shipped to this location next week, but would also only be available in white gold.
I left this appointment feeling disappointed. Not only because I wasnât able to try on any of my top 3 choices in yellow gold, but because I learned that I would never be able to try on my top choices in yellow gold. This absolutely steered me away from brilliant earth. I would never feel confident making a multiple thousand dollar purchase without seeing a similar ring (in yellow gold)...
