Worst business ever. Do not go here!!! Ordered a couch, 2 chairs, and endtable on black Friday. They said it would be ready in beginning of February. Happened to go to the store in mid February and bought a dining room set. Asked about our furniture. All of it was in, except end table. Made plans with family to have furniture moved that weekend. Our family lives out of town that was going to help. We took off work for 2 hours to pick up furniture. Picked it up, brought it home and unwrapped it. Found out not even the couch we ordered, we ordered a lighter gray. This couch was bright red. Called the store. They dont know what happened and our salesman would call us back next day. He didn't so we brought the couch to the store and told them to take it out of our truck. Ordered us a replacement. Going to be another 6 weeks. Got free delivery because of their screw up and our delivery first. 6 weeks later, no call. I called them. Said it's ready to be picked up. I said no you were supposed to deliver because of screw up. Scheduled delivery for week later, obviously wasnt first. Gave us a window of 330 to 730. I planned to take off work at 310 to get there in time. Get an automated call at 257 that will be at our house in 10 min. I work at least 15 min from home. Broke numerous traffic laws trying to get there in time while watching the delivery truck pull away down the road. Called furniture row, they said they don't wait. I said fine but you say you're going to be there at a certain time and I take off work you better be there at that time. They came back. Guess what? Couch is ripped and no end table. Called the store told them to pick up their dumb couch, on friday, and I wanted a full refund. Came to get the couch 1.5 hours before time supposed to be there. Salesman/manager was gone even though he said he would call me Friday to give me my refund. So he lied, yet again. This place is a joke. Waited 6 months and didn't get 90 percent of our order. Now I have no couch and no end table until I get a couch and end table from another company. No apologies or anything. I hope they go out...
Read moreEdit: Andrew the new manager is a G and made it right. Swapped out all the old stuff for 3 new pieces and didn't pay a dime. Guess that particular furniture set a lot of people had problems with and they stopped carrying it. Would definitely reccomend!
Customer service is solid, the people are nice, but their products are garbage. Bought a 2500$ couch and it started falling apart immediately. We arent big people, but the support beam for the front broke within a month and they replaced it, within 4 months the second sections support for the springs/cushions broke (they replaced it) and now it's broke for a 3rd time because the supports for the springs are completely worn after only a year but the warrantly expired so theres nothing i can do. Not to mention just uncomfortable, but im still making payments on something that's gonna go in the trash as soon as I can afford it. Extremely cheaply made stuff, it's all particle board, glue and staples, genuinely wish it was possible to just return it and get my money back to buy a better product. Save your money, buy from Costco. They're across the street and deliver AND they let you return crap products...
Read moreI decided to purchase an oversized chair/ottoman from Furniture Row because the salesman said it would be delivered in 2-3 weeks (& many places are on back order). Well 2 weeks later he called and told me they "forgot" to ship the ottoman. After waiting for my items to arrive in the Bismarck location I attempted to set up my delivery. Furniture Row delivers through a 3 rd party so it took another 2 weeks before I could have my chair delivered. The 3 rd party calls you the day before to schedule a tentative time frame for drop off. After waiting and calling the drop off time would not work with my schedule so I ended up picking up my own items. After finally getting my furniture, it came damaged and stained. The store manager did issue me a refund on my delivery fee and a "damage discount" to keep the item as is. I will most likely never...
