the food is good, but the staff needs to pay more attention to the order that is being asked, also they should be more honest with the costumers. On 2 occasions the 1st happened that I ordered 2 orders by the drive thru 1 was beef broccoli and sesame chicken,and the other was sesame chicken and orange chicken. when I got home it turned out that they only served me sesame chicken and not beef broccoli. The second time I preferred to order inside to avoid the same thing happening the first time, I ordered beef broccoli and sesame chicken, this time I think it was a lack of honesty. It turns out that the girl who served the food only served me broccoli and two small but small pieces of beef, everything else was broccoli, I had many people ahead of me and I could only see when she was serving the orders but I could not see with details that she was only serving me the last of the broccoli. When I get home I am again disappointed in my order. I think they should teach the staff that if they don't have the amount of food they shouldn't give people what's left( leftover)and they should simply tell the costumer that they don't have more, or that they are cooking more, or that they need to wait a bit for minutes until they have more again. but do not serve what is leftover or the last part of the food or serve only vegetables when in reality they are charging me for beef broccoli and I am paying for beef broccoli and I am not paying for broccoli. I will not return to this place anymore. Everybody just Pay attention with your orders and how they serve you...

We have ordered here for delivery and for pickup probably 10 times or more and every time we order and pick up or get delivery we are missing food and/or teriyaki sauce. We ordered 2 family size meals less than a month ago and an extra teriyaki chicken, they forgot the teriyaki chicken and it was a delivery order, we are 20 minutes out of town so not easy to just run back over there and get it. They did try to make it right and told us they would replace our entire order for free within 30 days. My husband called to order and they changed it to one family meal and an extra teriyaki chicken because that’s what they forgot the last 2 times we ordered. He picked it up, brought it home and NO TERIYAKI CHICKEN, none! Called back and they wanted him to drive back and pick it up! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! If you pick it up, spend the time to open each and every container before you leave. We love the food but I’m not sure we’ll ever order to go or for delivery again. Eat in only and I’m so annoyed I’m not sure I want to give them my business anymore. I get it, mistakes happen but this is an every time more than 5 times in less than a year situation! Ordered drive through. Extremely slow, must have waited about 30 minutes at drive through window, that’s after I had waited in drive through line waiting behind two cars in front of me for about 15-20 minutes. Was told out of orange chicken when I got to drive through window and asked to substitute, which I agreed too. I paid for my order then watched someone fix half my order then just let it set there and I’m still at drive through window the whole time. Finally the guy who took my money & asked me to substitute came back to the window after I finally honked my car horn (I was trying to be patient). He tells me he was sorry for the delay but he had to go to Costco to buy something they needed, WTH!! (Mgr or assistant mgr?) finally gave me my food, then had to remind him I still needed my two soft drinks. Got home & found out they screwed up the order and didn’t get substitutes nor one of the other items. Observations while waiting at window. Watched one employee stand around for almost that whole time, not knowing what to do. Kept looking at order receipts like he had no clue. I wondered if he could read, in the meantime the inside line got longer & longer. Do better Panda...
