Sierra — Local services in Bismarck

I love to shop at Sierra because they have a generous selection, Fair price, convenient location and I like the fact that they don’t close till 9:30om. But when it comes to their Customer service, friendliness and attentiveness they definitely lack. I do not know who the manager is, but you can definitely tell who the leads or supervisors are and they definitely do not serve as a good role model for how the other employees should treat the customers. I love this store for affordable sporting goods and clothes! I have gotten several athletic shirts, my pickleball paddle and balls, Altra running shoes, Cotopaxi hats and fanny pack, and much more from here. The prices are quite reasonable for good brands. It's part of the TJMaxx family, so there is a different assortment of items at different times. The store is bright and clean and the employees are pleasant. Great selection of name brand clothing for the whole family, bags, outdoor accessories, gear, some home decor, toys, food, pet items, and footwear at a discounted price. They also have a whole aisle dedicated to freeze dried food discounted from retail as well which was a pleasant surprise. This location at time of opening seemed to have more clothing than outdoor gear compared to other locations I've been to, but I'm sure inventory will be different with each visit.
