Sleep Number — Hotel in Bismarck

Well if 1 star is the worst i can give, this Sleep Number Store does NOT deserve it!! I am so disgusted with this Location of Sleep Number!! They were suppose to deliver our bed last Friday and we were told at 11am they were on the way. From Bismarck to Williston. Then at 2:30 i get a call from corporate Sleep Number that they had to turn around because of Bad weather!!! There was no bad weather that day in the whole state, except for Dickinson and everyone in the state knew that!! Why they would even chose that route is DUMB!!! Thats when I called the Bismarck Store and was told they went thru Dickinson!! I asked what the heck was going on because now we have NO BED to sleep on! The person at the store said they didn't even know anyone was doing deliveries, and he offered no help at all, and I never got a call back EVER! So now just dealing with Corporate they are trying to get them to get the bed to ME! And apparently and getting cooperation from this store either! So now we are being told we will get the bed 10 days later!! This is our 2nd Sleep Number, our bed we have had for 8 years and loved it, I'm certainly questioning why am I even dealing with this, I should just go elsewhere and buy a different kind of bed. Called to have my bed that was puchaspur a month ago returned because my wife and I were not happy with the bed we could not sleep on it because back pains got worse then with old mattress we bought the p6 with sleep iq. When I called in at 10 am this morning the lady that answered the phone became extremely RUDE when I told he we wanted to return the bed. The salesman advised us that if we didn't like the mattress that all we would be out was our $199 delivery fee. That is an absolute lie. I had to contact customer support to have bed returned now I'm charged another $199 dollars to have it...
