I love Ulta Beauty! It is a store that has pretty much everything all in one place. Every time I go there the girls are so nice and willing to help. Sometimes I see they are understaffed but even then, someone will always come and help me. I love the rewards system also. The points add up fast and I always have money to use towards my purchases. The return system is also awesome for rewards members because you you can return anything even if you've opened it, which is nice for drug store brands that don't have testers or for products that just don't work well for me. Also, I know a big concern is that they will be out a free gift when a customer goes to check out but some customers need to realize that all of their signs say while supplies last. Every time I have gone they have substituted something in place of the gift that is out of stock. Will just honestly buy from my local Walmart service is ok when shopping in store because they charge an arm and a leg for the product but buy online and pick up in store sales adds are a joke and false advertising honestly. I purchased items online to pick up in store but was edited by the store and then when I called because I forgot to grab my order right away I somehow missed the sale and they can't honor it now and they wanted to charge me full price, me thinking I've paid for the sale before it ended am pissed that nothing is mentioned in the adds that the store could change your order and the price. Very not cool had I known that up front I would have skipped the pickup and sent it to my house and my order would not have gotten messed up. I canceled it and won't be back to the store. I'm will buy from Walmart for my few things I really need and the rest I will get from a real salon supplier like cosmo prof for my experience wax beads I buy I'll buy...

Every time I walk in here I feel invincible. Once I do get help I feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Tonight I came in needing help finding new foundation and help color matching. I’m not good at makeup. I stood in the foundation section for 20 minutes waiting for help while my boyfriend and son wondered the store. I had multiple employees walk past me and not offer help not even acknowledge I’m there. I finally got tired of waiting and walked over to my boyfriend to say let’s leave and an employee walks by and notices him offering him help getting a cologne out if he’d like it. He didn’t know at this point that I received no help so he declined her help. This employee walked past me multiple times. I keep coming back hoping for a better experience but tonight was the last time for me. Left in tears tonight. I guess sorry I’m not a “pretty girl”...
