Pancheros Mexican Grill - Bismarck LaSalle — Restaurant in North Dakota

I normally LOVE Pancheros, but this Bismarck location leaves a lot to be desired. Extremely poor service and dirty building.

We were the only ones in line, they had 5 employees working the food line, and somehow still managed to be slow getting our food. The cashier barely spoke English, so we couldn't understand what she was saying and she couldn't understand what we were saying.

Once we sat down to eat our food, there were no more customers that came in. All 5 employees immediately went to the back and we could hear them slacking off. At least one of them should have come out to clean tables because all the tables were dirty.

As we were eating, I also noticed our food portion sizes were much smaller than any other Pancheros locations that I've been to.

After 10 minutes of finishing our food, I went to use the bathroom, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and filthy. Absolutely no excuse with 5 employees just sitting around...

My honest review is that this place is not that good. The food was not that good and not at all worth for the price compared to other Mexican fast food chains. There was one female employee that made our bowls and I have never seen someone be so stingy or unwelcoming. We waited for more than 10mins to start our order and She had a uninterested face and didn’t even greet or ask what we want( I would give negative rating for her) the food counter was not clean and for the price we pay Qdoba or chipotle is way better as it is does justice to the price we pay and are kind and welcoming. The serving size of the spoons is extremely small and The female employee that served us food she literally put like half a spoon of meat and same with other stuff. After traveling long distances and wanted to have some food and encountering this kind of service is very very bad and unsatisfactory. I will never go back...

I'll start out by saying, I know of some of the people who work there. That being said, BRAVO! First, pat yourselves on the backs ladies and gentleman. Because each day your there, its another diffrent day to be proud. I commend you all for every effort, energy, smile, and endurance you muster to strive. It gets GREATER, LATER!!! Now then, no mistakes about it, not much goes into the preperation of a Burritto, Qasadilla, or Nacho's. But one thing is certain...it's fresh, clean, not over bearing by having sat on a steam line all day. No!! It's hot, delicious and satisfying, any way you like it. When your stomach is gurgling for nourishment that's not pricy, but plentiful. Panchero's will do the trick!! Folks, when your there, smile, talk to, and appreciate the folks doing the job for your moment of time. They truly deserve appreciation....
