Subway — Restaurant in Bismarck

The past few times I’ve been to this location the employees (not every one) have been very rude. I came in tonight and got a footlong and when I asked for extra mayo the girl put it back with the other sauces before asking if it was enough.I asked for more and I thought she would just grab a new one but she looks at me and says “can’t you see” while hitting it on the counter. I’m assuming she was going to say it’s empty. The toaster went off and then she went to help the customers behind me and not finish mine or say anything else. The guy working then grabbed a new bottle without saying anything. He was very nice...

I’m usually a fan of Subway, but just like any chain restaurant, quality depends on the exact location. This one is pretty bad. The oldest employee looks like they’re about 12 🙄. They obviously are not teaching basic sandwich making and for that matter reading :( at either this particular Subway or at the local middle school it seems 😔 Stay away from this Subway. Since it’s in the Walmart, you’d be better off buying a Walmart premade sandwich available near the deli. What in the world has happened to food service?! 😔 we all just need to learn to cook our own meals and get rid of restaurants...

Ordered online using the app because I didn’t want to cook tonight. I got a black Forrest ham sandwich and selected the more mayo option. My husband picked up our order and asked for Mayo packets because they never out enough on but they were out which wasn’t a huge deal because I asked for the more Mayo option so there should be plenty of Mayo on the sub.
