Michaels — Local services in Bismarck

I had ordered a 12 pack of Acrylic paint to be delivered with same day delivery since I got sick with covid and could not leave the house. I did not get my paint on the same day and had to wait till the next day. I had called Micheals this morning wondering why my email had said come pick it up when I had paid the fee for delivery. They told me to call customer service and when I had talked to customer service they said they would get it fixed and have my order delivered by 3. 30-40 minutes after and still no delivery, so I called the store again to see what was going on. Turns out the driver from insta cart never went to get my order, so now an employee has to deliver my order 3 hours after it was supposed to be delivered. 10/10 would not recommend same day delivery with Micheals. Very unimpressed with Micheal’s decision to no longer sell Siser HTV and Oracle vinyl brands. The new ones such as Make Market are not good brands and don’t weed well when trying to do projects. They have lost my business for sure and I will be ordering online. I wish I could support local but I won’t pay for brands that don’t do what they are suppose to do. I usually could count on this store having what I needed for projects and that isn’t the case anymore. I know the Siser brand was more expensive but it does what it’s designed to do and I’m willing to pay for products actually working but not with these new brands that are “cheaper”(they have less in a roll so they really are not). 12/10 love this store! Not only is it clean and well organized but the staff is phenomenal as well! Lacy is one of the best cashiers I’ve ever had, she’s kind and patient and I really appreciate her. I also was swept away by Caitlin the manager who helped me locate what I was looking for even though they were out of stock.
