I was going to Moe’s to get my nicotine free ecigs every two weeks tried several of the ones they had but the supply started to dwindle we asked them if they would be ordering more and they said they would put an order in for more but as I continued to buy what was available till they completely ran out of stock they continue to say they ordered it and no one knows why it hasn’t come in or even when it would come in I was spending almost 150 dollars a month. But apparently my purchases meant nothing to them as they have not gotten any more in and still just say they ordered them but no idea when they will get them very unprofessional in my opinion. This is the most beautiful store with every single thing meticulously arranged and it in display. When you walk in you immediately get greeted by all of the friendly employees who are eager to help you find whatever your are looking for! There are many different options to choose from. From glass pieces, vapes and flower all the way to designer shoes and purses. This place is a true gem to Bismarck. The customer service I received at Moe's Smoke Shop was among the best I've ever had in my life! The owner is also such an amazing, kind person. This place is hands down the best smoke shop around here. The staff is super friendly and I feel like family when I walk in. I have been to numerous smoke shops and Moe’s is top tier. They also have a big selection of everything you need. I have to bring this up as well. There has been a few times where I bought something and maybe the taste wasn’t what I was looking for as an example. The staff will go out of their way to find the flavor that’s right for you. I recently bought a Vaporesso and the flavor I got wasn’t that great. I walked back in and told them about it, they replaced it for something that hit the spot.
