I absolutely love Victoria secret but no offense when some approaches a person nice and gets rude attitude back is seriously wrong. When I was there getting things for Christmas I had a trainee that was a nervous wreck and the girl who was training the girl just walked away from here knowing there was a long line and people who were getting upset. The trainee forgot to take off the magnetized alarm pieces on both of my bras I got. the careless girl training the trainee didn’t even noticed nor did she care. The girl was very rude when I asked her to help me find a bra she rolled her eyes at me and said it’s literally the same size I just got you. Today at the Victoria Secret location in Bismarck, ND I had the worst customer service experience. I came in to get measured and purchase new bras. I wondered about for about 10 minutes saw at least 3 employees who were talking to each other and their friends (about drinking the night before), waiting for one of them to talk to me. None of them ever did, one however looked me up and down judgingly. I eventually picked out my own items and walked to the back to pay, where I waited 6 minutes for anyone to come back there, even after I made eye contact with a girl talking with her friends. I went into today to just ask a question about a bra I had bought and it broke if they repaired it even if I had to pay. The young girl didn’t know so she asked the gal next to her and she was so rude to me I guess I was a big inconvenience for her . So the nice girl called the manager up and asked her. And the manager said no we don’t repair stuff and she wasn’t very friendly either. I felt like today I went in as a customer and I was just big inconvenience to these employees who are supposed to be there to help. I have never been treated bad there.
