Will never return: medically exempt people beware cause they don’t care if you are or not.
Not a place for a date night I was insulted by the manager over the Mask even after I told her I was medically exempt she still denied service, Walked into the building and nobody around like an abandoned building as my wife and I walk up to the kiosk. I told my wife I’m going to get a drink so I went around the corner walked up and gave the cashier my order and the only reply I got was wears your mask so I told him I’m medically exempt as head turned and looked at the girl behind him. Then she replied with we don’t honor medically exempt people, so I then replied wow so do you order people to wear those during the whole movie she said no just in the lobby as I’m looking around I was the only one there at the time. So I replied back with I’m just confused how you don’t honor medically exempt people and boom she straight replied with I quote I don’t see how you don’t understand what I just said then turns around walks into the back bringing three other men with her like I’m being confrontational so at this point after making this extremely rude comment then bringing backup from the back room then feels extremely threatening as my wife walks up shortly after I told my wife we are getting a refund and never coming back, so my wife asked I want to talk to the manager and this female replied I am the manager.
Manager is a heavy, short, caucasian female didn’t catch her name but you can’t miss her either.
If that’s the best they can find for a manager I can see why the place is dead, it’s not Covid it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever seen to...
Read moreI am shocked at the lack of customer service or even basic people skills by employees as well as management. My 7 year old son and I were sold tickets, told our theater number and given directions to our theater. The movie had just started but we quickly realiezed it was an R rated movie that we did not request or have any intentions of purchasing tickets for. We went back to concession to talk to the young dyed red haired man that sold us the tickets. He "must have misheard". So we were told we could still go into the movie we intended to see but it was already 45 mins into it and no other showings until next day. I had to ask for a refund to which the manager came. Pressed some buttons and left. I asked the Manager to come back, asked him to step aside so we could talk privately. I asked for a possible one if not two free passes to return next day since this was the only theater playing the movie my son and I had been excited to see. He said "oh yeah sure. I just figured you wouldn't want to come back cuz you were upset." 😳 Then the employee that sold me the R rated tickets had to chime in with "I can only assume your over the age of 21 and know whats acceptable for your child. Its not my place to question your parenting." 😳😳😳 Last I said was that were all human but excuses are unesscessary and don't help anybody with anything. Left with no apology from anyone. Just blame and shame on me for their mistake they were unwilling to take responsibility for! HORRIBLE....
Read moreI used to like this place, and the whole advertisement of a family owned theater also made me like it. But the popcorn does not taste good, the staff has been unfriendly the last three times I my wife and I have gone! We went last week to Wolverine and Deadpool at 9am. As we were walking out, I said, "Have a nice day to the girl about to clean." She never even acknowledged me! She stared straight into her effing phone! I again said you're supposed to respond when people speak. She still never even batted an eye! Then today, at the 10am showing of Twisters, the bottom left side of the screen had a 4 to 5 foot light glare from the cracked open exit. It was obviously shining through the crack of the door! I politely asked the teenagers to fix it, and one of them walked in and said I'll send people to fix it." A few minutes later, two came in and walked next to it, stared at it and the door, and then walked out and did nothing to fix it! I waited 15 minutes, then politely requested my money back. As we were waiting, for our refund, the teenage girls behind the cashier were rolling their eyes, as if we were the stupid Karen's! Are you serious?! My wife and I are about to watch the Cinmark showing for Twisters. They're cheaper, the popcorn is better, and the customer service has been fantastic so far! I've spent several hundred dollars over the last few months. BTW pictures were taken before movie started, and phones were turned off once started. You won't get...
