The employees at this store are RUUUDE.

I simply went back into the store to have them fix my screen protector for my iPad that I bought a week ago. The guy I bought it from saw that there was an air bubble or something under the screen so HE is the one who said that if it wasn’t gone in a few days to go back.

So that is what I did. The lady working, Tamera, tried to fix it by pulling the screen back. That didn’t work so then she proceeded to tell me that I could keep the one that is already on it, with the screen now coming off in the corner from her trying to fix it, or I could get a new one put on but there might be more air bubbles than before.

The older guy with glasses & grey hair who I think is the store manager, jumped in the conversation saying that they didn’t have to put the new screen on, they do it out of curtesy, which I get. He also said that if I didn’t like the way it was on this time, they wouldn’t keep replacing it. That was never my intention at all. I was simply coming back so that they guy who I bought the iPad from could fix that piece on my screen.

I wouldn’t go back to this store or recommend this store to anyone unless you want to feel picked on for coming back to have them fix something as the salesperson...

I visited this weekend to upgrade my phone. The rep that greeted and assisted me was not only unprofessional, but rude and condescending. He was more concerned about his personal conversation with a coworker regarding the Napoleon Dynamite movie, and making snide remarks. He called my immigrant boyfriend "un-American" for not responding to his Napoleon Dynamite references and for being unfamiliar with other films such as Cheech and Chong.

A simple upgrade took nearly 2 hours because he was too busy on his personal phone and joking with a coworker.

I finally left and went to a separate location who seemed to be aware of the 101/Memorial branch's reputation for horrible customer service. I would highly recommend against visiting this location. Any other US Cellular store will greet you professionally...

Been to this location several times with my girlfriend. WAIT TIME OVER 2 HOURS!

While the staff can be amicable, they will try to up sell you into something unnecessary at every turn. While also not providing the full information. I personally have not purchased anything from them, but listening to their sells reps tell customer that it is impossible to move data from an android to apple or that you have to buy a particular brand just to have parental controls.

They are also terribly slow. We have spent over 2 hour both times waiting while being the only person in line with 2 people working the front desks with 2. People working in the back.

In summary, inefficient, sell you items you don't need, lie about technical/setup information, and very VERY...
