After 25 years of marriage, we decided to upgrade my ring. We had a diamond from an heirloom piece and took it in to see about getting a custom ring made. We went into the store and met with Brandon. I was nervous about pricing and about being picky increasing my price. My attention to detail and wanting perfection - I thought it might cause issues. He assured me that they would make as many samples and corrections as was needed until my ring was perfect.

I was a bit skeptical, but each time I asked for changes there was never any negativity or ho-hum attitude. Each change request was met with smiling total acceptance and I was assured it was "no problem, don't worry, we will do everything it takes to get it perfect" - their goal is truly to make the customer happy.

I gave them a sketch of my ideas and they turned it into reality. I can't believe how easy it was and how perfect it turned out to be.

Everyone at their store in Tulsa was fantastic. I was always very welcome. I'm attaching pictures of the drawing, the samples to work on final touches and details, and the finished product so you can see how easy it was, and what a great job they did.

I was also pleased to learn I could trade in old scrap pieces if I wanted, which I did to lower my final cost.

My custom ring came with a travel copy so that I don't have to worry about losing the real one when traveling, and don't have to wear a weird fake. I get to wear my own custom fake! How exciting is that? ANNNND...I can get them cleaned any time free no matter what as often as I want.

You will not be disappointed by using J. David Jewelry. They told me from the beginning they would do whatever it takes to make sure I loved what I got, and they did. And they did it with a smile, no matter how many times I tweaked something minor. They kept their promises.

My ring is truly perfect to me. I love it, and I love how much they loved...

Personal experience I purchased my wife's ring 6 years ago. She managed to slightly deform the shape of the ring (not uncommon for high purity gold). We procrastinated repairing the ring, fearing it would be an expensive repair. Regardless, we went in on a limb (no appointment) to see what the repair would cost. We were approached with charisma and interest. The staff was pleased to help and was not "pushy" with selling me something I didn't need.

Instead, they took the ring in back for further examination. During the process we developed personable interactions with the entire staff! We learned about new capabilities of the company (3d printing) to upcoming product lines. After several minutes, my wife's ring was finished.

They did a FREE CLEANING, reformed the ring to nearly perfect, and recommended a full service repair. The repair was scheduled for two weeks with a 48 hour turn around. The cost was absolutely reasonable.
